How payment, renewal and cancellation work.
Who processes the payment?
Our order processing is handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle issues the invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and stores the payment details — we never see or store your card number. Paddle appears on your bank statement as the payee.
What counts as an exported row?
One business listing written into a file you download. Collecting and previewing listings inside the panel is not counted, and a listing that was merged as a duplicate counts once, not twice. Re-exporting rows you have already exported in the same billing month does not count again.
What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
Export stops and the panel tells you the limit is reached. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. The counter resets on your renewal date, not on the first of the calendar month. On the free plan you can subscribe to lift the limit straight away; if you are already subscribed and 10,000 rows a month is genuinely not enough, write to us — we would rather agree something with you than pretend a bigger plan exists.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, and the features are identical either way — only the billing period changes. Switching to yearly takes effect immediately, with Paddle crediting the unused part of the month you already paid for. Switching back to monthly takes effect when the paid year ends, so nothing you have paid for is lost.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year, at the same price, until you cancel. Paddle emails a receipt after every charge and a reminder before an annual renewal.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, or from the subscription management link in any Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy if you also want money back.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Whatever Paddle supports for your country — major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and bank transfer for annual invoices on request. The available options are shown at checkout.
Do you offer invoices for a company?
Yes. Enter your company name and VAT or tax ID at checkout and Paddle issues a proper invoice, with VAT reverse-charged where the rules allow it. You can also get a copy later from the receipt link.
MapContacts has not launched yet. The prices above are the launch prices and checkout is not open. Existing subscribers keep their price for as long as their subscription stays active; if we change prices later, we give at least 30 days notice by email before it affects a renewal.
